Now that iTunes has removed backup to dvd/cd is there a way to write a applescript to do the same thing.

I'm new to appltscript, but experiences to old time batch files with Win.

Please help

Hello, welcome to the Civ3 Mac forum.

Your question is not really appropriate here. I suggest you post it in Apple's discussion forums. However, have you looked at Automator? In its Music actions you can choose Get Selected iTunes Tracks, and in Utilities there's a Burn a Disk option. Maybe if you chain these together you'll produce a workflow to do what you want?
