From Think Secret:
Apple distributed a fresh build of Mac OS X 10.4.11 to developers earlier this week as the final update to Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger continues to draw nearer to release.
The new builds, 8S2159 (Intel) and 8S159 (PowerPC), are two builds newer than the previous seeds, which appeared a week earlier. Seven further changes are noted in the new builds, including fixes for Safari, CoreAudio, NFS and NFSv2, and HDV video previewing.
The only known problem with the update can be found in the PowerPC build, which is said to exhibit problems launching Civilization IV and The Sims 2.
