Watch his Korea LP Pre-GnK. After that I bet cultural victories are out of the question for him. Personally though, I want to see a very action-heavy game with lots of bloodshed. Preferably with him using a "Peaceful" civ surrounded by nothing but schizophrenic warmongers smackdab in the middle of a flat pangaea (probably use a Great Plains map type).
Play as India, and the game will be like "Gandhi, the Ultimate Peacekeeper". Keeping peace through nukes.
A proper multiplayer game might be neat
As an aside, do you have plans to put anymore endless space videos up on youtube? It's an interesting game, but I'm struggling to grow properly and the AI usually has double to triple my score on normal.
I live stream Endless Space every Sunday on my twitch channel, then have twitch upload it to my Youtube account. I'm not sure I'll do more than that for a bit, since I haven't been playing it except for the live stream (lately).

Here's a quick guide for those, who, like me, have problems to remember the important steps you took (also thanks for your summary in the last video!):
Empire Size: 3-4 cities, river start req.
Policies: Tradition, Rationalism (asap), Order (opener and planned economy)
Get culture buildings up! Tradition for food, Rationalism/Order for science and production. Be in renaissance after finishing tradition to be able to dive into rationalism - try acoustics after education (faster). Enter order if possible to get planned economy.
Increase Culture while increasing science, will pay off. Stop at free thought in rationalism if noone likes to RA to open order. Nevertheless, try Rationalism finisher in time for free techs.
Religion: not necessary, a pantheon can be nice. Purchase a GE(Order, for Hubble) in the late game.
Military: No war! Befriend neighbours. Generally don't waste time on building units, buy!
Spies: Try to steal in the beginning relatively costly techs (banking), use later to rig elections & coup in CS. Build police stations and National Intelligence Agency.
CS: Maritime, Mercantilistic, take care of needed resources: oil, coal, aluminium (needed for spaceship parts)
Science: Let the capital grow to support 5-6 academies (food buildings!). Put specialists in all science buildings. Spare Great scientists until science saturates after research labs for 8 turns. The more RA's, the better. Save oxford for satellites.
Babylon straight to writing, else: find horses (sell), husbandry, get luxury techs, philosophy, finish national college (if possible oracle)
then civil service quickly
Use acoustics to get into renaissance, maybe steal banking (which takes probably too long).
Get leaning power of pisa (printing press). Porcelain tower probably not possible.
Get industrialization before scientific theory to take coal up and factories, then get schools up (now at least 15 pop in capital!).
Radio not directly, but then plastics, atomic theory, 8 turns after labs are up (on the way: rocketry): mass-bulb and use delayed Oxford for satellites, have GE ready for Hubble.
Don't forget railroads for production!
Build spaceship. Launch.
