Main Menu Glitched

So pretty much my game had been running fine, until a couple of days ago. I loaded up Civ 6 and for some reason my main menu had no options in it. I've tried verifying the integrity of the game files and reinstalling multiple times, and I can't seem to find any help googling a solution, so please help. Here's a pic of what I see

I assume you are aware that a new patch dropped this week, so presumably the patch caused the glitch. If you have mods installed, step one in debugging this is to unsubscribe from all mods (keep a list handy so you can later resubscribe, when the mod authors have updated their mods for the patch changes). If the game runs after uninstalling all mods, then one or more mods is the problem. If that doesn't work, you can review this thread (https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/summer-2017-patch-problems.620422/) to see if any others have had the same problem or post there for more help.
