anyone have images of a minaean warrior circe 200 BC? and anyone know of a sword unit available that would suit?

yemen/arabia. i'm finding it dificukt to get images of them or their artwork..

Oh. Maybe if you search Arabia Felix you will get some results. That was the Roman name for Yemen at the time.

A wealthier guy could be armed with a spear/sword. Perhaps also a shield and a helmet. I know javelins and bows were popular. As was, apparently, a trimmed beard and long hair, the Jesus-look.

Also, at around 200 BC various Hellenistic items; helmets etc might have found their way south.

Don’t know much about body armour. I think that the early Muslims used chain mail so extensively that they earned a nickname, the black army. Prior to that I am not sure. But the blacksmiths of Yemen were renowned.

ah, thankyou cimbri! now, to find a suitable unit!
what shape would the shield take? typical round shape or?
