Mainpage ads crash Netscape

Occasionally when I visit the main page (http://www.civfanatics.com) a flash advertisement messes up my browser and it crashes. (It's the one for Vonage "the broadband phone company") If I have too many windows open, it slows everything down and then the browser crashes...

Anyway I just thought I'd post it here so maybe it can be fixed.
