Make Civ Minimap Borders only cover Land Tiles

Simple mod request to make the borders of a civ on the mini map only cover land tiles. This was how it was in Civ 5 and I absolutely loved it when looking at the map. Now I hate looking at the minimap and I thought the fact it would turn islands and nations into unintelligible blobs was the worst change from civ 5 to civ 6.
