Make culture "buildings" autobuilt

Right now culture wonders are way too expensive - were these buildings created before autobuildings?

Or at least signifacially reduce their costs - as soon as conditions are right, culture building should be autobuilt built, or at least be buildable at low cost.

By the way can be culture pseudoresources be separated in city window from rest of resources?

Will break the reason for them. Also autobuilding them means that if you get the requirements second there is no way you can get the Culture instead of the first to get the requirements. They are Great Wonder class buildings ie unique with major benefits.

The City window code is part of a single file with 5000+ lines of code controlling both the City and Main screens. It needs to be broken up and streamlined to do many of the things I would like to do but it is a big project. Not showing them may be possible but anything else would be low priority. I really need to get the Specialist part of the screen done first, I am using that as a proof of concept for splitting the file into separate components.
 
Wouldn't it be a problem to have any GW/NW like building be autobuilt anyway? What if you have two eligible cities ?
 
Can be these buildings as cheap as national wonder or just normal building?
 
Culture buildings are not suppose to be auto-built. They are a wonder. Just because you have the resource requirement doesn't mean you are fast enough to grab the culture. You have to work at getting more cultures. This makes every game different. The most valuable cultures are the Atl-History ones like Steampunk.
 
Eventually I would like to make them autobuild under the Ideas Project implementation. You may not even notice that a location has begun to sprout a new local cultural identity that could threaten your national cohesion or offer a potential new beneficial cultural identity you may wish to promote and reap the rewards from. Because it would work a little differently, I think at that point it would be appropriate if they emerged more organically wherever the conditions are just right.
