Hi, I'm making a minimal changes mod to just balance a few things and make a few aesthetic changes, that's all. So far here's my plans:

Huns -- Get their own city list!
India -- River Start, double move on rivers, new UA name (one more evocative)
America -- workers build improvements 50 percent faster
Netherlands -- +1 gold from city connections
Celts -- Only need two forest tiles for the +2 faith
Mongols -- -1/3 maintenance for mounted units
Brazil -- +1 Gold from plantations, Pracinhas slightly cheaper than other infantry.
Byzantium -- not decided, but a change is coming
Egypt -- changing name to Children of the Nile
England -- slight UA buff, not decided what

The changes in the recent patch to Germany, America and Japan I think will be enough with these changes to balance the game and make every civ pretty competitive. Let me know if you guys think I've missed one.

    Social Policies

Discipline -- Free Barracks in first four cities added to old effect
Professional Army -- Construct Airports 50 percent faster (replace barracks) and upgrade cost a half discount.

    Piety --
Religious Tolerance -- +1 happiness from Libraries, universities, public schools added to old effect.

Incorporating mods that give better placement to Krakatoa, GBR, and Gibraltar.
    +1 Food in flatland cities.
    -1 food from Salt Mines.

    Thoughts or suggestions?
