Making a shortcut for a mod - how to?

I want to make a shortcut for the BUG mod, which I now use most of the time. I don't want to edit the INI file as copying files here and there is not my preference.

So what parameters/switches do I have to add to get the BUG mod working?

"C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Civ4BeyondSword.exe" -mod=\Mods\[mod name]

That is the target that you enter when you right click the shortcut and go to properties.

It doesn't matter which Mods folder your mod is in (My docs/my games or in the game's install directory) - it will find it in either place.
