Making Mods with Fixed Maps

How do you make a mod folder so that every time the mod is run the same map (a worldbuilder save) will come up?

This is done through the .ini of the mod.

From the charlemagne .ini:

; Scenario file (Single player)
ForceScenario = Charlemagne.CivBeyondSwordWBSave
