Manage Civics Screen Broken

If you play long enough, the number of civics cards you get will exceed the amount of space available on the screen. And there is no scroll bar to access cards that are off the right end of the screen. And there is no selection button to view only the purple "great person" cards.

That dark gray stripe just above the "assign all policies" button is a scroll bar.

Sigh; I though I looked everywhere for a scrollbar. Thanks for pointing it out.

But I still don't understand why there's no button to just show the "great people" group of cards....
