Manual with BtS?

For one reason or another, I just couldn't wait a day to buy the box at my local Best Buy so I bought and downloaded the digital version of BtS. Naturally, it doesn't come with a paper manual. It does have a .pdf file that seems to only describe changes to the game.

My question is, anyone who bought the actual box did it come with a real game manual or just the same small book that describes the changes?

Just curious.

Ah, sounds about right. 'See the civilopedia' is about all the .pdf manual says, too.

Actually, it says two things:

1. See the Civilopedia
2. Spies can render other spies completely useless and can also kill them at will!

Actually, reading the manual will make you a worse player.

Also, if you bought the game from Steam, you should be able to access a PDF manual. Not sure about the D2D version.

The manual was obviously written while the game was still in development and lots info is just plain wrong. The manual is shameful.

'pies can also be killed using the "Kill Spy" Mission'

Just download the reference sheets of dj_anion that are stickied in the top of this forum.... You'll be better than with the Firaxis manual
