I created resource reference - it contains resource list sorted by reveal tech.
There is era when it becomes revealed, improvement upgrade paths and vicinity resource synergies (if there is 2 resources near same city you get to make additonal resource building)
I noticed few quirks like Mountain Mine not upgrading to Shaft Mine and some plants/animal not having yeld on final upgrade of improvement.

Animals (Pasture/Hunting Camp/Sea)


Plants: (Farmland/Plantition/Orchad) (mushrooms, grapes, silk, resin and prime timber have dedicated improvements)


Non-organic: (Mine/Quarry/Sea/Space/Special)


These resources are revealed after you leave prehistoric era.
Ancient
Classical/Medieval
Reneissance
Modern/Transhuman

I updated resource reference.
Now it contains terrain rquirements for resources, features and vicinity interaction between them and culture "buildings" and resouece-producing buildings.
Also changed format for it to office 97-03.
BTW it contains civic list sorted by tech unlocked from distant past to distant future (these are from peppers mod, I know, xml conflicts...)
