Map creation needed

All I ask is that this map would be made into a Civilization IV: Colonization Vanilla map. If possible, could it be empty?

Making a map file from scratch isn't a trivial task, it takes some work at least.

For starters, I would use some sort of script to create map outlines into worldbuildersave file. For example you could try to do it with the application I created once:

It's for Civ4:Beyond the Sword, but the map file structure is basically same as Civ4:Colonization.

Then you have to finish the map with for example worldbuilder(and text editor)... place the terrains/forests/bonuses... it takes some work and knowledge about WBS file.

Maybe it might be easier just try to cut down desired part from some existing Americas map.
