DESCRIPTION:
This will be my last map, it was requested by a user on the German forum. A map on the region that Alexander the Great, the Persians and the Arabians conquered. This time I only have a physical map, the satellite image is too great to upload it:



13 starting locations are preset (see the map abpve), but you can start with any nation you want.

HOW TO INSTALL:

All my maps are for Vanilla, but you can easily play them with WL or BTS. Extract them and put them into the folder:

* for Vanilla: Civ4/PublicMaps
* for Warlords: Civ4/Warlords/PublicMaps
* for Beyond the Sword: Civ4/Beyond the Sword/PublicMaps.

Or, if you want a WL- oder BTS-map, you can change the file extension:

* for Vanilla: Civ4WorldBuilderSave
* for Warlords: CivWarlordsWBSave
* for Beyond the Sword: CivBeyondSwordWBSave

Someone PLEASE tell me how to add my own Civs to this map and place them. I want to play it multiplayer iwth Middle Eastern Civs placed in their traditional starting points. But in Multiplayer, you can't edit this with World Builder (or can you???), If not, what do I do? I have tried to edit the map file with notepad but I can't figure this out?

I just want Persia in Persia, Egypt in Egypt, Babylon in Bablyon, etc. It's an Awesome MAP!!!

Because I really have no time to make maps anymore. Every map requires hours to complete it, and I now are busy with studying. Today it's the first time I can enter the fanatics forum (easter vacation), my last visit was Feb 24...

@ Eddogegr3: I suggest following procedure: Start the map with single player and place all civs you want with WB. Among it's functions there's a button "Save Map" or "Save Scenario" (I don't know the right english expression). Save the map with a new name. Then start the map you saved in MP. You can now play with the civs you choosed.

Strange Problem...
I started two games on my own computer, once in normal BTS, once in a mod, and this problem didn't occur. Perhaps you should check whether it is a problem with the mod or your computer.
