I'm looking for a map with europe and the eastern USA. and maybe the middle east.
Of course with the right starting locations.

Especially for use with RoM or such a map in general?

for use in ROM, I think there is a map in civ4 Warlords (ww2 scenario) maybe someone can convert it.
I myself do not have the skills or the tools.
