yes for city it is in gets bonus i believe, and you can trade it away and still get. Traded marble doesnt give, dont know about civpedia, there is another thread on this covering more detail

yep. so if your egypt with marble in your main base with 2-3hills and your going first SP.
you do NOT have ANY excuse not to get EVERY wonder you want lol.
