One of the mafia members has (correctly) pointed out that the mafia is already at parity with the town.

When I was wording their victory condition, I used the standard one.

What I am saying is the game was already over last night when a townsmember died. I should have ended it at the end of Night Five.

In order to maintain game integrity, the game must end now. And next time I better be more careful with wording.

The mafia has parity with the town so the game should end.

There are three townies and three mafia. I should have ended the game last night but I made an error. I didn't specify that they had to have more than half of living players - I said town.

So yes, my mistake, but still the game is over.
