The Diocletian
Fire Fly
Nah, I'm 99% sure that for most of the game all Mumbai has in the way of food is a banana and some flood plains.
How about this as a compromise?
Semidesert is an overlay over desert - nothing different but graphics
The SoI graphics are used for it on blue marble (because they already match the blue marble graphics)
the regular desert are used when blue marble is not used (in other words, it is invisible)
That way, you don't have to worry about blending it with default terrain.
This should be pretty easy, and not impact gameplay.
Leoreth, what do you think of this?
If it's a good idea, it doesn't.
He already gave you the answer.
BTW, why bringing it up again. Our opinions about semidesert are already explained here. (Don't you remember?)
If you so eager to have semidesert in the game, why don't you make a modcomp yourself?
Who do you expect to give this reason and why would it matter?(PS: I have yet to see anyone actually give a reason Semidesert will hurt DoC)

I disagree.Anyone, the only reason not to add something is if it hurts the mod IMHO
I've heard that it's a piece of cake as everything you need is already in SoI.Fine. I'll do it myself when 1.12 comes out. How could I do it? (what files would I need to change)
... no.And if I mod it in, Leoreth will you include it in the mod.

Yeah. Weird that as soon as I'm back to the old avatar I feel like a broken record again.Ergo, I am assuming that Leoreth mostly agrees with me here.
and the thread is Citis and mine's again.

As already said, one spawns later on. Fish + banana + corn should be enough.Don't I get some credit?
But seriously, there should be one more food resource near Mumbai.
