I am not mod maker but i wish someone could make these races into a game.
I think this can be implemented to the game, in the link you can see how their stats were and some insight of each races.
Here I did some quick modifications to the original stats you see in the link
ALKARI - +50% Ranged Defence
BULRATHI - +20% Ranged Attack, +10% Soldier Attack
DARLOKS - +20% Spy Success Rate, Stealthy Spies
ELERIANS - +25% Ranged Defence, +20% Armored Attack
GNOLAMS - +1 Energy, Expert Traders, Lucky
HUMANS - Democracy, Charismatic
KLACKONS - +1 Food, Workers speed 50%
MEKLARS - Workers speed 100%
MRRSHAN - +50% Ranged Attack, Warlord
PSILONS - +2 Research or Research whole tree
SAKKRA - +1 Food, +100% Population Growth
SILICOIDS - -50% Population Growth, Ignore terrain penalties, No diplomacy
TRILARIANS - Trans Dimensional,Ignores Borders, Have Teleportation tech researched.
Of course this have to be modified the way it suits for the game better, this is just EXAMPLE.
