Hi,

I have two great tips:

1. Pay close attention to the DOW Screen. How the AI stands can tell you a lot. But it's a little counter-intuitive. If he's leaning to the right he'll attack from the left flank while if tending to the left he'll surely attack from the right. If he's leaning forward expect more melee units and if he's got a bottle of wine in the background you're in for a long drawn-out war.
