[BNW] May I have some assistance with deleting certain mods?

To be specific, some time ago last year (since before August), I downloaded the Community Patch Project and Vox Populi from here, but I just stopped playing Civ for a while, until literally a day after New Year's. I decided to play and found that even when playing unmodded games the UI system was changed. This is considered harmless, but when trying to play certain mods, like Iska's Might and Majesty being the most recent examples, the game is rendered unplayable due to the production button becoming nonfunctional, and there are no production options either, literally NONE.

So I decided that I need to remove the mods I manually downloaded from here 'except for Events & Decisions,' I have that tucked away out of Civ vs files until I can fix this problem. I scoured the mod folder and deleted all of the relevant files. Deleted the cache and deleted this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V\Assets\DLC\Expansion2\UI

But no matter what I did the mods won't go away, they must be somewhere else. The problem is that I have no idea what folders I put them in, may someone please lend me a hand?

Look in this folder
Code:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V\Assets\DLC
Assuming a Windows machine. If you ever installed EUI (Enhanced User Interface) or the VP compatibility version of EUI it will likely be at that location. You have to delete the BC_1 folder or whatever it is that EUI uses as a folder name.

I'm not entirely sure how VP handles downloading of files nor where exactly they go when you use the VP auto-installer.

I've never cared for nor used any of EUI, VP, or CP, so cannot give better direction than that.
