I'm playing as the Mechanos right now and I have wild mana on. So, is there a way for the mechanos to disenchant the mana to raw to convert to refined? This also goes for the mana that the AI sometimes build nodes on and change to a type. When I conquer them, what do I do with these? I can't figure out how to disenchant as the Mechanos yet.

You have to research one of the mana technologies... I want to say Alteration or Divination. If you want to make sure, pull up the "Divine" promotion in the civilopedia, and check which spells it allows for the Mechanos.
Once you have that tech, all of your Adeptus/Techpriests will be able to use Dispel. All four mana techs grant spells.
