These look very good ! What type of flower/herb is that?

it is a yellow daisy.

lol actually it's a plant called "Arnica".

Synonyms: Mountain Tobacco. Leopard's Bane.

Parts Used: Root, flowers.

Habitat: Arnica montana or Leopard's Bane is a perennial herb,
indigenous to Central Europe, in woods and mountain pastures.
It has been found in England and Southern Scotland.
