Memory allocation failure (again)

I know its been discussed plenty of time, but I just cant find a fix to this bug. My PC is completely overkill for this game, and on top of it, I am not even running mod or an expac.

Anyone has a magic answer?

Here is my spec :

Windows 7 (fully updated, drivers as well)
Intel Core I7
8gig of ram 1333mhz DDR3
Sapphire PCIE RAD HD5770

Your PC is compatible to play this game. Don't need to upgrade. This issue is that you need to reinstall this game, and then wait for the final result
