If I could make a mod as a combo, I would do this:
RFC + Rise of Mankind + FFH + Fall Further + Wolfhanze + Future War
A strange and often disturbing trip from the magical middle ages (represented with angels, demons and all things that the people believed that was there) and up to the distant future of mankind with mechs and interstelar travel.
