In Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Estonia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Norway, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic, among others, this is the day that presents are exchanged and opened. In some of these countries, presents are delivered to children by Santa Claus, personified by an adult dressed up as Santa who comes knocking on the door.

Merry Xmas, and the 25th is Rod Serling's birthday too! I need to check for a Twilight Zone marathon that usually happens around this time of year.

Finland celebrates it on 24th. :) And Santa Claus is ours no matter what you say.

"Ello squire, i do you 'ouse extension very very cheap very very good. What you are a russian? do your own extension, pig. i go get drunk now. bye"

Happy Christmas, y'all.

Here's one of my family's Christmas traditions, we finished it at midnight on Monday. That's my cousin, acting like a frat boy.

It used to be my mama and her sisters would make it, but since last year, my she-cousins and I have taken over. Since I usually end up running that show, I got to do this to it.

My aunts do not think that it is funny, but I think it's funny so they can go screw. :)

The two extra piñatas, with two balls instead of three, were given away.

My aunt made scarves and hats for them.

Anybody else with odd traditions?
