Has Aspyr posted whether they will support Metal (or Metal 2 in the upcoming macOS) for Civ 6? I've been booting into Windows but would really like to play in native macOS but the performance gap has been too annoying in the past (last I tried the mac version was about 8 months ago).

I upgraded to High Sierra yesterday and haven't noticed any problems so far in the 2 games I played (both saved and new ones). I suspect that if Aspyr didn't support Metal 1 directly then having Metal 2 won't make much of a difference. Am going to rerun the game performance tests sometime soon to see if there is any noted difference, but I suspect not.

    Of course, YMMV.
