yes hello
anyway i am having problems with mge patch. it installs and so on but it keeps coming up with an error message everytime i send a diplomat or something and start a session with a foreign minister this message comes up and i just have to hold enter and wait for like 5 minutes without being able to do anything so it is really annoying ctrl-alt-del dosent work. the message is something like asdjkfskdf -3 or something like that

It's a variant of ICDecompressEx error -3 I think, try installing the latest Indeo Codecs an Drivers from www.ligos.com. This should fix the problem, at least it worked for me.
