Militaristic City State unit spawning

Would it be possible to have all units gifted by Militaristic city states to automatically spawn in whichever city has your Heroic Epic? This would help reduce micro managing and feel bad moments when units spawn in a puppet city. It would also make Heroic Epic a much more attractive national wonder to prioritize

Personally, I always hoped that they would just spawn in my capital (like unit levies from vassals do). I don't think it's wise to tie it to the Heroic Epic, or even possible given that it's very possible to get allied with a Militaristic CS before you can even research and build a HE.

If there is no HE in your empire it could just default to the regular spawning behavior.
