I can't negotiate MA with anyone. 5 minutes ago i played a warlord game all random standard size. I was on a continent with Romans, Americans and the Iroquis i was Zulu. In 10 AD Romans declared war on me i wanted to sign MA with Iroquis and Americans against Romans . But there wasn't an option called Diplomatic Agreements. The next turn They ALL had a MA against me. Has anyone had a situation like this.

If you don't have an embassy you cant do any Diplomatic agreements.

You can make embassys after you have discovered writing.

To be able to make MPP you need Nationalism aswell.
