Letter of Marque policy => BUT: Trade Route yields -50%.
In the file, I have 3 trade routes.
1 Domestic: 2Food, 3Prod
2 Foreign: 18Gold
After adopting Letter of Marque, I expected some reduction of this yield but found no change.
If I misunderstood something, please let me know.

I found later that it does not affect gameplay.
Minor bug.
The -50% is reflected to final city income. The game works right. Only trade route panel does not reflect it. This can be minor bug or perhaps be intended. BUT it's likely to confuse players. Thread title was changed accordingly.
