Minor Civs should end with Sedentary Lifestyle

Or, create a second minor civs plugin for players who think the minor civs state lasts for too long when starting in prehistoric era.

I love that option, i feel it's utterly realistic and immersive and can't turn it off, the only reason i do so is because it lasts really too long in C2C

On a NOT-crowded map, it makes LESS difference then.
I meant that it's harder to DEFEND, when you can't use diplomacy.
So the more ENEMIES, the harder.
