Minor interface issue after minimizing to desktop

I am not sure if others noticed this, but when I go into the deplomacy screen, civics screen, etc., I sometimes decided to minimize the game to surf the forums or what not. When I went to maximize the game again, the interface display for the main screen appears on the foreground on top of the other screens. I cannot click on anything that the interface is covering either. This appears to be a bug to me, although it is minor since I know not to do that again
