Minor typographical error

When playing Warlords today, I spotted a minor typographical error.

On the trade screen, I moused over "Capitulation" to look at the description. It read:

Establishes and Unbreakable Peace Treaty for 10 Turns

Assuming the capitalisation/capitalization is intentional, I believe "and" should be "an".

There are several typos in Civ4. For example, I routinely get messages like "Your swordsman has defeated a archer."

That's a function of not caring about that particular XML file. The thing that botur2young brought to our attention is a genuine typo.
