1) Tech Tree screen does not close with Enter or Space or ESC like other advisor screens. Must click ENTER at bottom of screen.
2) Diplomacy doesn't go back to the Foreign Advisor screen after you make a deal with another civ. It goes to the map. At the end of diplomacy, game should go to Foreign Advisor screen when diplomacy is selected from the Foreign Advisor screen and only go to map if diplomacy was selected by clicking on a civ on the map.
3) Tile Info shows (flickers in the bottom left) even when there is an overlay on the screen. [Open Options for instance].
