Missile supply

So I had a mod called no missile supply, but ever since updating VP it doesn't work anymore. unfortunately i only just found out after almost 2 weeks of playing. (i play epic)

anyone know how to fix it please? missiles counting to supply is ******ed -_-

okay i found this in CustomModOptions.xml

<Row Class="5" Name="UNITS_NO_SUPPLY" Value="0" DbUpdates="1"/>

will value = 1 make the mod work again or do i have to put something underneath here?
