Missile tranport submarine?

It's been a while since I've got to late-game tech.
Is it possible to use a ship with a Deep pressure Hull and a Transport module to carry missiles? I'd like to make a submarine transport that can carry my Planet Busters around and shoot them from anywhere on the (watery) surface of Planet.
 
Cool. Didn't know that they could be moved from another location besides bases. Also, can it be a ship without pressure hull and just carrier deck and repair bay? Would it still be able to move planet busters?
 
A transport with carrier deck would still be able to move planet busters. All the deep pressure ability does is make the ship harder to spot.
Which would be good if you wanted your nukes to be intact when they get there.
 
There is lore that the AI knows where your units are so I'm unclear whether sub ability would help a human player against the AI.

The AI knows where your units are, and where the landmarks are (if an AI starts out relatively near a landmark such as the Jungle, it will immediately send its CPs towards said landmark).

As far as the Sub ability is concerned: this is why I typically move this ability to Superconductor, as this benefits the AIs (i.e. human players can't see subs unless they bump into them) whereas it doesn't do humans any good.
