I have a question.

Is there a way I can transport a missile to another continent?

In a transport and you can probably airlift them.

ICBM's can't be moved, period, but I saw this problem with cruise missiles. so I set them to air unit, made them immobile and gave them rebase and bombing, and it works like an air unit that is destroyed.
