missing buttons?

cannot change religions or government types unless I do it the turn I develop it, at the computers prompt. There used to be a revolution or convert button
at the bottom right of the religion and civics screens. As a result of this button disappearing, the pyramids are now useless. BTW, I am running the latest
video driver for my nvidia 6600 card.

I just got Warlords yesterday, and I have the same problem.

i installed the latest patch and now i have the missing buttons problem , any one have any solutions ?
