I've noticed that Decius appears on several different leader lists, and has no civilopedia entry. Did I make a mistake when installing Fall From Heaven II?
Heh, relax. Decius is an odd little case in that he has no set backstory. Instead, if you play the scenarios, you'll find that you get to play it through yourself. Start at "The Fall of Cuantine" and enjoy it on from there.
