missing civs after move to bigger HD

I had my Steam games on my small SSD C: partition and ran out of room, so I created an E: drive using ext2fsd (I'm mainly a Linux guy) and followed Steam's procedure for moving to a new HD. Other games took the move in stride but not Civ V. I had to remove it and redownload to even get to the main menu. Now I can get to the main menu but some of the G&K civs are missing (like Attila & Austria). In the DLC menu I have everything enabled.

Anyone else have this problem? How can I get them back?

Setup:
Windoze 7 with all of the DLC. Two mods (California & Sami).

I'd suggest repairing the game if you can.

I fixed it by putting it back on C:. All of the Civs are there and it doesn't crash.

I believe NTFS doesn't care about case in filenames but EXT2/3/4 does, so perhaps that was an issue. Oh well. Skyrim & Kerbal Space Program work fine on the EXT4 E: drive.
