Hi fellow settlers,
I'm having an issue with my Founders Edition purchase from Epic Store. After several hours of playing I've recently noticed that I have missing contents. The only content I got is leaders from Founders edition, which are Himiko, High Shaman and Ashoka, World Conqueror. The other contents, 4 profile customizations from deluxe, 4 customizations from Founders, Tile skins, Palace skin, Founders and Deluxe edition badges, banners etc... All these are seem to be locked. I have all 9/9 add-ons in Epic library installed as you can see. Tried reinstalling, cleaning all files, verifying and nothing helps. I don't see an option to enable palace skin as I should have. Is there anyone who also bought the game from Epic store and confirm that he's not having these issues? I'm so sad and frustrated atm. I tried to refund but Epic didn't accept as I've played more than 2 hours before noticing these are missing, 2k support says contact Epic, Epic keeps saying to contact 2k support. I can't get no help from both sides. I've been trying to reach 2k and Firaxis employees but no returns yet. Can anyone please help if there's a fix or at least let me know if someone I can contact with?
