Open the attached save..
Make sure right click menus option is turned on (if only happens with this option on)
- if you rightclick the first spy of the 2 spies, and click the perform espionage button, then the mouseover info for all spy missions work just fine (click cancel)
- rightclick and select the bottom spy of the 2, and try to perform mission again.. this time there is no mouseover info (click cancel mission again)
for the first spy it always works, for the 2nd it always fails..
if you instead select the spy by clicking the unit buttons, then the mouseover info always works or fail to appear... depending on what spy to last selected by rightclick mechanism..
when you are in the mode where mouseover info for spy missions dont appear, you will also not get mouseover info for techs in the tech tree, nor will you get mouseover info for anything in any of the advisor screens
