mod error, "Path not found"

I'm trying to start a new project but every time it tells me that the path was not found. i watched a video on youtube and i know the area i wanted to put it in was not the problem.
It read, "The imported project 'C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Firaxis\ModBuddy\Civ5Mod.targets' was not found". Can anyone help me?
