Mod Gone Wrong

Hey, so I modded the game about 2 months back looking to keep the tech tree too early tech's only for some ancient warfare fun, sadly work got crazy and lost track who the mod author was. I do remember going into a file and changing some values, but can't seem to find the exact guide anywhere again. I've tried countless re-installs with Steam but to no avail of the mod's changes going away, anyone able to help me get it back to normal? Much appreciated, thanks!
