Mod is hard to find.

Hi all. I haven't even played FFH yet, but I've found a problem already. It's excruciatingly difficult to find.

I finally found it in the bug report sticky, which is hardly an optimal or intuitive place. There's not even a "where do I download FFH" question in the FAQ.

Can I recommend creating a "Download latest version here" thread, and stickying that too ?

There is a link at the top of the Bug Thread that leads to the Download Page.

I mentioned that I found that. But the bug thread is where you go to report bugs you find in the mod. Why would you go there if you don't have it ?

Cause the mod is basically a beta. There is also a Fall from Heaven II thread where you can find the download link, or you can search the download database.

But we assume that you dont start looking for the mod from here in the forum, this is usually where people end up. We assume you are directed to it from the FfH website (which has a link to the download), the main thread in the Creation forum (which has a link), the download database (which has a link) or from ModDB (which has a link).

How did you come to find the FfH forum?

I used to play Civ IV almost exclusively with the Total Realism Mod, which I can't remember how I found. But they have a forum here.

So I went up to the parent directory, and had a look at the other major mod projects in the same area. FFH is one I've heard a lot about.

The TR mod has a "Latest versions" sticky in their forum, and it seemed a pretty logical thing to have.

Do you have downloads to the older version posted somewhere, and how can I see a complete list of changes from 34 to 40? Im trying to decide if I want to loose the new functionality to add Fall Further to the mod but it becomes a difficult decision when I cannot see a complete list of changes/additions. I understand its in Beta and Im not suggesting more work for anyone if there isnt a complete list, but if there is, can someone point me in the right direction?

FfH II is at the top of the Top Downloads List. That's not really hard to find, I think.
