mod problems

regardless of what mod i'm using, i am unable to access G&K features i.e. religion and espionage. I'm currently on 1.0.1.705, does anyone have any idea about this?

The current version # is 1.0.2.44. Make sure that Steam is configured to be online and is set to keep your game up-to-date. If you need help doing so, or if that isn't the problem, please post again.
