mod question

i know its early days with BTS but i dont see many mods around. are most of the mods for warlords gonna be converted or does nobody care about BTS?

Can't you play them with BtS? I wouldn't know, since I don't have warlords-since the warlords changes are all on Bts- but won't vanilla/warlords scenarios/mods work on BTS?

Small chance. They switched some XML tags between files for instance. Any pre-BTS mods would miss essential XML files and have tags in other files which don't belong there anymore.

I think seeing as the bigger the mod was pre-BTS, the more work a conversion takes, and that many pre-BTS mods weren't even finished yet, it'll be some time before any existing mods are converted.

Take Fall from heaven, didn't even convert to warlords.
Total realism, huge mod, will take long time to convert.
Visa, huge mod, will also take a long time.

If I were a modder I wouldn't look forward to all the converting so I can perfectly understand a very, very long wait.

well, as long as it works for vanilla, then I don't have a problem. Just warlords.
